  • Once shipped all sales are final. No Refunds. Merchandise credit or replacement may be given at our discretion. Please notify us if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee for all orders cancelled before shipment.
  • Please make all checks and money orders payable to Basket Magic. Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been received. A $30 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
  • We reserve the right to replace products with items of equal or greater value based on product availability.
  • Prices and product selections are subject to change without notice.
  • Please allow 8-10 business days for custom orders. No custom orders between December 1st and January 5th.
  • Please allow 8-10 business days for orders greater than 10 baskets. Please allow 4 business days for orders greater than 5, but less than 10 baskets.
  • Gift Certificate, Coupon, Store Promotion: Must be presented at time of sale, not redeemable for cash, cannot be applied to previous purchases. Only one discount may be used for each sale and may not be combined with any other offer.
  • Gift Certificates/Cards from other vendors may be added to any basket design. A service charge and restrictions apply. Ask for details.
  • Total for online purchases may not include shipping and handling or local delivery charges. These charges will be added to your final total. Local delivery starts at $13. If more than one delivery attempt is necessary additional charges may apply.
  • We are closed Sundays and all major national holidays including Christmas Eve and the day following Thanksgiving and Christmas. All orders placed during this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • We ship our products in excellent condition. Please notify us and the appropriate courier service within 24 hours of delivery of any damaged products.
